19 October - Day 0 - Depart UK
20 October - Day 1 - Kathmandu Arrival and Cultural Immersion - Arrive in the vibrant heart of Kathmandu, where you'll be greeted with a warm Nepali welcome and have the chance to immerse yourself in the rich local culture.
21 October - Day 2 - Team briefing, kit check, shopping and explore Kathmandu
22 October - Day 3 - Fly to Lukla (2,860m) and trek 8km to Phakding (2,610m) - Scenic Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding - Take a thrilling mountain flight to Lukla and begin your trek to Phakding, passing through picturesque Sherpa villages and enjoying stunning views of the Khumbu region.
23 October - Day 4 - Trek 10km to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) - Ascend through pine forests and cross the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge on your way to Namche Bazaar, the bustling gateway to the Everest region.
24 October - Day 5 - Acclimatisation Day - Spend a day acclimatizing in Namche Bazaar, exploring the local market, visiting the Sherpa Museum, and enjoying panoramic views of Everest and neighboring peaks.
25 October - Day 6 - Trek 10km from Namche Bazaar (3,440m) to Tengboche (3,970m) - Journey to Tengboche, home to an ancient monastery with breathtaking vistas of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other surrounding peaks.
26 October - Day 7 - Trek 11km to Dingboche (4,410m) - Traverse through lush rhododendron forests and alpine landscapes as you make your way to Dingboche, a picturesque village nestled in the mountains.
27 October - Day 8 - Acclimatisation Day - Another acclimatization day in Dingboche, offering the opportunity for a hike to Nagarjun Hill for panoramic views or a visit to a local bakery.
28 October - Day 9 - Trek 11km from Dingboche (4,410m) to Lobuche (4,940m) - As you approach Lobuche, you'll notice the landscape becoming more rugged and sparse, with incredible views of the surrounding peaks.
29 October - Day 10 - Trek 4km from Lobuche (4,940m) to Gorak Shep (5,165m) then continue another 4km to Everest Base Camp (5,300m) and 4km back to Gorak Shep - The highlight of your journey: reach the legendary Everest Base Camp, then return to Gorak Shep for a well-earned rest.
30 October - Day 11 - Climb Kalar Pathar (5,550m) then trek 10km to Dingboche (4,410m) - Begin early to hike up to Kala Patthar for a stunning sunrise view of Everest, then descend to Dingboche for the night.
31 October - Day 12 - Trek 20km from Dingboche (4,410m) to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) - Head back to Namche Bazaar, taking in the awe-inspiring Himalayan vistas along the way.
01 November - Day 13 - Trek 18km to Lukla (2,890m) - Your final day of trekking takes you back to Lukla, where you can celebrate your accomplishments with your fellow trekkers.02 November - Day 14 - Contingency Day for weather delays - An extra day built into the itinerary for any unexpected weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. If this addtional day is not required you will flyt back to Kathmandu a day earlier.
03 November - Day 15 - Fly Lukla to Kathmandu - Enjoy a scenic flight back to Kathmandu and relive the memories of your incredible Himalayan adventure.
04 November - Day 16 - Depart Kathmandu - Bid farewell to Nepal with a heart full of unforgettable experiences and a deep connection to the stunning landscapes you've explored.
